Thank you to everyone who sent in their old batteries for our battery recycling campaign last week. The batteries have been collected by Kirkburton Scouts group and will be submitted by them as they participate in a recycling competition to win equipment for their division.
We collected 2109 batteries!
Well done to Moxon house who donated a whopping 970 batteries and won house points for their efforts.
Thank you to the members of Kirkburton Scouts group who went around and collected the batteries up each day.
