We are delighted to be able to offer our pupils the opportunity to join us on a residential visit to
Paris from Monday 30 March – Friday 3 April 2020. The trip will offer pupils the opportunity to sample
European history and culture and test their linguistic skills in a fun and fascinating location.
We will be staying at the Chateau de Grande Romaine which is a PGL owned and managed centre located on the
outskirts of Paris. The centre is set in 70 acres of grounds and has been especially developed for school parties.
Security is a priority at the centre. All accommodation blocks have key pad entry systems, allowing only the staff
who are aware of the new code to enter.
Paris offers an enormous range of learning opportunities. Inspiring art galleries and museums, famous
monuments and modern architecture, all combine to make this the cultural heart of Europe. The itinerary will
include visits to the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur Church. There will be a cruise down the River
Seine and a visit to the local market. In addition, we are able to offer an exciting fun-filled day at Disneyland
The cost of the trip is £510 per pupil, which includes the purchase of a ‘Paris 2020’ hoody. Also included in this
price is:
 Return coach travel from school
 Cross channel travel to France (Eurotunnel or Ferry to be confirmed)
 Dormitory accommodation on a full board basis in Chateau de Grande Romaine
 Sightseeing excursions in Paris (Eiffel Tower, cruise on the River Seine, Montmartre, Sacré Coeur Church)
 One day ticket to Disneyland Paris
The trip runs from Monday 30 March – Friday 3 April 2020.
