Nicola W in 6SH recently took two 1st places, three 2nds and two 3rd places on her ponies at the Pony Club Spring Show in the show jumping and equitation classes.
Alaina H, in Y8, has been selected to be one of just ten young people who will form a Kirklees Athletics team that will be travelling to Bielsko-Biala in Poland, which is twinned with Kirklees, later this month. The team will compete in an international competition with several other countries that are also twinned with Bielsko-Biala across Europe. What a fantastic opportunity! Well done, Alaina, please let us know how you got on when you return.
Congratulations to our Y7 Street Dancers who performed in an assembly recently, following work they had done over several weeks in P.E. with Lauren P. The audience really appreciated their efforts.
