Christmas Concert

On 9^th December, parents, relatives and friends were treated to a lovely carol service at All Hallows

Church, Kirkburton, comprising of a varied selection of carols (as usual with plenty of opportunity for

audience participation) and performances from the Guitar and String Groups, Recorder Ensemble,

African Drumming Group, Windband, Choir, and soloists, together with seasonal readings.

Special thanks to Mrs Howard, Mrs Booth, Mrs Price, the staff of Kirklees Music School and of course all the children who took part!  Thank you for making our 2009 Carol Service so memorable.  A retiring collection raised £188 for the Church Restoration Appeal.
